I asked if he could assemble a crew for the full scope of work. Sure enough, he arrived on time with a capable team of licensed experts—electricians, construction specialists, and painters. I asked him to act as GC since I didn’t want to choreograph the timing between trades. Edson immediately took control, provided clear quotes, and started the week we went back north to finish packing.
His communication was excellent. We video chatted whenever questions arose, and he checked in before doing anything to ensure we were on the same page. He did it all with a smile and great attitude, commuting an hour each way, including Saturdays, to complete everything in a week! Meanwhile, I still hadn’t heard back from other contractors. We were blown away.
When we couldn’t decide on a paint color for the garage, Edson went out, bought three samples, painted small sections to match our epoxy floor, and sent photos for us to choose from. That kind of thoughtfulness shows the kind of man he is—professional, creative, and genuinely caring about his clients. He’s not just paint—he’s so much more!
We’re particular about the work done in our home, and he exceeded every expectation. When we pulled out our built-in refrigerator to clean underneath, we were surprised to see he’d already painted behind it—without being asked! It’s rare to find that level of pride and attention to detail.
The entire job took him just one week—something others would have taken far longer to complete. The slow responses I’d gotten from other contractors made me wary, but my gut and his outstanding online reviews were absolutely right. He’s earned every single one of them.

My neighbors said he arrived every morning at 8 a.m. and stayed past 6 p.m., impressing them with his strong work ethic. He answered calls and texts immediately, even on weekends.
