I hired Linx Painting to fix and finish a job that another painter started. I didn’t want to make the same mistake again, so I got 3 quotes prior to hiring him. Edson stood out to me as providing the full package; punctual, courteous, knowledgeable, thorough, and reasonable.The main job entailed painting new double front doors and fixing the side columns that had some stucco erosion and rust. Each person that came out to quote the job had obstacles or caveats with the repairs needed, but not Edson. He had a well-rounded skill set and ultimately the repairs were done beautifully. He color matched the paint on my house since I no longer had the name originally used. I also had a guest bath and laundry room painted, which his helper did a fabulous job. They came promptly at the time they said in the morning and stayed until almost dark. They cleaned up the areas prior to leaving each day and once the job was finished. Edson labeled and stacked the remaining paint cans and put them in a box. I was so appreciative of the extra care they took of my home and for their friendly demeanor.Finally, Edson was the only one that wore a mask when he came to quote the job and while in my home until it was established that we were both vaccinated. From start to finish - I was extremely impressed with Linx Painting and will continue to utilize them in the future.
Edson and his team were professional and provide a fast and a much better then anticipated result of the work that we needed to get done. We had originally decided to get the kitchen cabinets done. But we eventually also got the exterior and pool deck done. All the paint is still good we no issues seen after 6 months of being applied.Kitchen cabinets made the biggest difference in our kitchen as can be seen from our before and after shots.They are fast to respond and are willing to make small changes in schedule as needed... we could not be happier with the final results.Edson came out after to correct a few minor paint blemishes that was caused while the paint was drying. If there was a 5+ on the scale I would have given that to them.
This is a 5+ star review. The quality and timeliness of the work is top-notch but there are a couple of things that set them apart, in my opinion.1. Attention to detail - this was beyond my expectation and made sure everything looked perfect. I wasn't getting the whole house repainted but Edson walked around my house and touched up anything that needed it.2. Respect for the property - the care with which my property and belongings in the house were shown was excellent. Sometimes contractors are like bulls in a china closet but there was a very gentle touch with fixtures and window treatments which I appreciated greatly. One thing that was pretty amazing to me was that unless I was the one making a noise it was quiet as a church in my house.3. Communication - I always understood everything that was going to happen and when. This is also not always a given when working with any type of contractor.

Edson and his Linx Painting team far exceeded our expectations! From the first interaction to discuss our request through the final inspection of the completed project, Edson was professional, highly communicative, considerate, and dependable.The project involved lime washing our brick house exterior, a technique/ service that most painters/ masons in our area are unfamiliar with and unwilling to attempt. It requires discipline and an artistic approach. The process, while similar to painting, is much more complex.We are so happy that we made the choice to trust Edson and his team.
